Aquatics

This enhanced aquatics space offers three pools and a number of experiences for aquatic enthusiasts to enjoy. The Aquatics Center includes:


Lap Pool

  • 8 x 25-yard Lanes
  • Diving blocks

Activity Pool

  • 88 degrees
  • Zero Depth entry and play area with spray features
  • Volleyball net and basketball hoop
  • 2 x Wide entry steps at 3’ and 5’ areas
  • Benches along the wall in the shallow end
  • 6 x 25-yard Lanes

Recreation Pool

  • 84 degrees
  • Aqua Fitness with a step entry
  • 10 x 25-yard Lanes

Sauna & Steam Room in each Aquatics Locker Room

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all members, the following guidelines are in place:


1.      Supervision of Children: Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while in the aquatics area. Lifeguards are present for safety monitoring but are not a substitute for parental supervision.


2.     Proper Attire: Proper swim attire is required in the pool area. This includes swimsuits for all individuals and appropriate swim diapers for infants and toddlers. Street clothes, including cutoffs and t-shirts, are not permitted in the pool.


3.     Shower Before Entering: All swimmers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool to help maintain water quality and hygiene standards.


4.    Respect for Others: Members are expected to be respectful of others in the pool area. Running, diving in shallow areas, and rough play are not allowed. Additionally, members should be mindful of noise levels to ensure a pleasant environment for all.


5.     Use of Pool Equipment: Pool equipment, such as kickboards and pull buoys, should be used responsibly and returned to their designated storage areas after use.


6.     Health and Safety: Members with open cuts, sores, or contagious conditions are not permitted in the pool. Additionally, food and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.


7.     Compliance with Lifeguard Instructions: Members are expected to comply with any instructions given by lifeguards for the safety of all individuals in the pool area.


8.     Emergency Procedures: Members should familiarize themselves with the location of emergency equipment and be aware of the facility's emergency procedures.

Fitness

The fitness area on the second floor offers an abundance of resources to meet the fitness needs of all members, regardless of where they are at in their Whole Health journey.

Fitness Etiquette


  • Always respect your fellow members.
  • No open beverage containers are allowed.
  • Be considerate and do not monopolize equipment during peak hours.
  • Be patient when waiting for equipment and be courteous when using equipment while others are waiting.
  • We ask that you leave equipment available between sets and allow others to work in.  When you are not actively using, do not sit on or “save” with belongings (water bottle, bag, etc.)
  • Staff will enforce policies as needed. Please report any issues directly to them so they can handle all issues directly.
  • Only WFWHF certified staff are permitted to provide private and/or group training. 
  • If you or someone you know are interested in training in our facility, please see a member of the Fitness Management team.

Dress Code


Members are expected to maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while using the fitness center. Proper attire, including athletic footwear and appropriate workout attire, should be worn at all times. Shirts (or tank tops) are required in all areas of the facility. WFWHF is a corporate, family-friendly facility.


  • Sports bras, when appropriately covering the chest area, are acceptable.
  • Tank tops for men and women are acceptable when appropriately covering the chest area.
  • Shorts that provide coverage over the entire front and backside are acceptable.
  • Shoes must be athletic in nature and closed toed.

Weight Room Equipment


  • Do not bang the weight stacks.
  • Do not drop, slam, or bang weights on the floor.
  • Gym bags are allowed if kept out of the way and not creating obstructions for others. Members are encouraged to use the daily use lockers available throughout the center at no charge.
  • Weights and accessories should not be removed from weight area.
  • Return weights, barbells, dumbbells and other equipment back to its proper place/rack after use.
  • All exercises should be performed in a safe and controlled manner.  Equipment should only be used as intended by the manufacturer.
  • See the assistance of a spotter and use weight collars when using plate-loaded equipment.
  • Be considerate of others and wipe down all used equipment before and after use.
  • Notify staff of any equipment that is damaged or not working properly.  Do not use equipment that is marked Out of Order.
  • Children under 13 are not admitted on the weight room floor.
  • Teenagers 13-15 are required to go through a Teen Weight Room Intro before being allowed to use equipment on the weight room floor.  These can be scheduled anytime with one of our Health Fitness Professionals.
Recreation & Tennis

The recreation space provides ample opportunities for members to participate in racquet sports and recreation. The expansive area includes:


  • 5 indoor tennis courts + 4 indoor pickleball courts
  • 5 lighted outdoor tennis courts (1 court lined for 4 pickleball courts)
  • 5 racquetball/wallyball courts
  • 1 squash court
  • Shared: 1 volleyball or 4 badminton courts
  • 2 basketball courts
  • Indoor turf field
  • Indoor track


Youth Activity Center

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness provides experiences for the entire family to enjoy, with offerings tailored to youth and families. The new and enhanced Youth Activity Center (YAC) is home to:


  • 5 classrooms
  • 3 multi-purpose youth studios
  • Outdoor play areas.

Pricing


Single Visit:

$3 per visit per child | 2.5 hours per visit 


Packages:

1 Child | $15 per month | 2.5 hours per visit
2+ Children | $20 per month | 2.5 hours per visit

*Children may have up to two non-consecutive visits per day - not to exceed 2.5 hours each visit

Register for the Youth Activity Center and purchase a package in person at the YAC.
