We'll match you with the perfect personal trainer who aligns with your unique needs, goals, and schedule. Our knowledgeable fitness staff are readily available to answer any queries you might have. Purchasing your sessions is easy - in-person or via Club Automation. We provide flexible packages to suit your preferences: Personal (1:1), Buddy (1:2), and Small Group (3-6). Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute sessions.
Three ways to get started:
1. Contact your trainer of choice directly.
2. Purchase a PT Package in your online account or in the Walton Whole Health & Fitness app; you will hear from a trainer within a week of purchase.
3. Complete an Intake Form in person at the Fitness Desk, or fill one out in advance and bring it with you. A trainer will contact you directly within a week.
