Build Your Experience

Mindful exercises help build self-reflective skills that can be applied in both life and work.

To support associate whole health and set positive intentions for the day, all meeting and events will begin with a 10-minute Pause. Notice. Choose. (PNC) activity.

Facilitated/Instructor Led Events  |  Starting at $100 per hour
Price includes the space, facilitator or instructors needed, a Member Experience coordinator to organize and manage the flow of your event, and any necessary materials or supplies. Nutrition Kitchen and catering are an additional cost.
Nutrition Kitchen |  $25 - $45 per person
Customized cooking experience with the LifeWorks team.
Catered Meals and/or Snacks |  Varies
The Member Experience team coordinates catering needs with LifeWorks.

What to Know:

1. All requests require completion of an Event Request Form as a first step. Events are available for internal Walmart/Sam's Club teams only. 

2. Requests must be received a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date to secure space, staff, and other resources needed. Availability may be limited during peak facility programming periods. 

3. After receiving the request form, our Member Experience team will reach out to review and confirm the event. A Member Experience team member will also work with you throughout to help plan and facilitate entry and flow for your event.

4. Events are best accommodated with group sizes of 50 associates or less. Our team will work to accommodate larger teams when feasible, however, groups may be split up to rotate through various activities and facility areas during your event.

5. Meeting and event times will be scheduled during off-peak facility hours to avoid interruption with existing programs and services for our members. All events must end no later than 4 pm.

6. Payment is due 48 hours in advance by credit card at the facility. All sales will be processed in our member management point of sale, Club Automation.

7. Nutrition Kitchen activities and catering are provided by Lifeworks and will be billed separately.

8. If your team is unable to attend the scheduled event, please provide our Member Experience team with a minimum of 48 hours advanced notice. Late cancellations may result in being charged for all or a portion of the event. Note that LifeWorks catering has 72-hour cancellation policy.

9. If you would like part or all of your event to take place outdoors or off-site, please let your contact know.  Contingency will be built in for weather.

10. Associates that are not currently members of WFWHF will be asked to sign a waiver prior to the event for activities beyond “meeting room only” requests. If any associates wish to sign up for membership during your event, let your contact know.

11. To ensure on-site parking is available for member programming, we ask that associates attending meetings or events park in the Overflow parking lot which is located one block down from the facility on 5th street in front of the North Central Utility Plant.  Associates needing closer parking access may use the on-site parking lot and garage.
