Swimming is a low-impact exercise that offers a range of health benefits. It improves cardiovascular health, builds muscular strength and endurance, and enhances flexibility. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, incorporating swimming into your fitness routine can have a positive impact on your overall health and well-being. Additionally, swimming is a great way to spend time together with loved ones in Family Swim as you get in some aquatic movement while you let your little ones splash and play. Our enhanced aquatics space offers three pools and a number of experiences for aquatic enthusiasts to enjoy. The Aquatics Center includes:


  • Lap Pool: 8 lane, 25 yd lap pool + hot tub on deck
  • Recreation Pool: 10 lane, 25 yd recreation pool
  • Activity Pool: 5 lane 25 yd + zero entry activity pool with water play features

Learn-to-Swim


We proudly offer a Red Cross Learn-to-Swim program that allows everyone the opportunity to learn in a safe environment, at their own pace. The Learn-to-Swim program focuses on building skills one step at a time. By giving learners the opportunity to master one element before moving on to the next, our swim lessons make it easy for kids to build confidence in the water.


Swim Assessments


All children ages 3-12 years old who would like to participate in our Red Cross Learn-to-Swim group lessons are required to complete a Swim Assessment before registering for a class. Swim Assessments ensure that children are enrolled in the correct level for their abilities, promoting a better learning environment for all the swimmers in the group. Swim Assessments are required. 

Lap Swim Rules


  • Respect Lifeguards
  • No food or drinks other than water
  • No glass on the pool deck
  • No running or rough play
  • Do not walk with fins on
  • No parents on deck during classes or swim practice
  • Personal training is only allowed by WLFC independent contractors or WLFC staff with management approval
  • All swimmers under the age of 12 must pass a swim test to lap swim

Family Swim Rules


  • All swimmers 12 or under must have a parent in the water unless they can pass a Swim Test, which consists of: (1) swim length of pool without struggle, (2) float on back for 1 minute, and (3) tread water for 1 minute
  • Parents are not permitted to leave swimmers under 12 unattended in a pool unless for a group or private swim lesson
  • All swimwear must be appropriate
  • No food or drinks other than water
  • No glass on the pool deck
  • No running or rough play
  • No diving
  • Do not walk with fins on
  • No parents on deck during classes or swim practice
  • Personal training is only allowed by Whole Health & Fitness staff
  • Inflatables, Mermaid tails, and full- face snorkel masks are prohibited

Fit3D


Fit3D A body composition scan that shows a 3D Avatar of yourself, the circumference measurements of your body at key points, and body composition values including body fat percentage and lean muscle mass.

Inbody


A body composition analysis offered for free that measures your weight, total skeletal muscle mass, body fat, total body water and provides a full segmental muscle and fat analysis.

Weight Room Intro


We want you to feel comfortable in our fitness space. Have a member of our Fitness Team take you through the weight room floor to get you familiar with the equipment and how to use it - drop-in, no appointment necessary!

Teen Weight Room Intro


Teens aged 13-15 can access our weight room with a one-time Teen Weight Room Intro, which teaches equipment safety and allows full access to cardio and weight room floor. (Members must be over 16 to utilize these areas otherwise.)

Group Fitness Classes


Our classes are designed to provide participants with a fun, motivating, and well-rounded fitness experience. Whether you’re looking to center yourself in a Mind Body class or sweat it out with a high-intensity workout, we have a class for you! (Premium classes will be offered as free demos during January. All other group fitness classes are included with membership.)

What to Know


"Do I have to pre-register/reserve a spot for group fitness classes?"


Prior registration is not required but it is strongly recommended due to class capacity. Members who have registered will have priority for the class and all others will be first come, first serve. You can register in Club Automation (on-line or app) or with any of the staff.


"How do I register for classes?"


By logging into your online Club Automation account or in your Whole Health & Fitness app. Or see a staff person at any Welcome Desk and we would be happy to assist!


"Do I need to bring my own equipment to any class?"


Most equipment will be provided for you.  We do recommend that you bring the following if accessible:

·      Cycling shoes w/clips (if preferred for cycling classes)

·      Gloves/mitts for boxing classes (limited quantities available)

·      Yoga mats (for sanitary purposes, we recommend you bring your own, but we do provide them)


"What is the cancellation policy for Premium classes?"


Please note that in order to cancel a Premium class, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required. If you cancel within this timeframe, the $5 drop-in rate will be credited back to your membership.

How to Book Courts


  1. Login to this website or into your Walton Whole Health & Fitness app. Click on “reservations”.
  2. Click the dropdown menu to select the type of court, the location and desired court number. You can also select the date and time of your desired reservation. Click search to view available court options based on your selection.
  3. Select the court time you would like to reserve.
  4. Once you select the desired court time, an option to confirm your reservation will surface. If the date/time and location are correct, click, “confirm reservation”.
  5.  We'll see you at your reservation! Please bear in mind that you must check-in for your reservation; we have a grace period of 15 minutes past your appoinment that you must check-in by, or you will lose your reservation as well as your booking fee. 

Booking Policies


  1. Bookings can be made up to one week in advance starting at 7:00AM the previous week
  2. Bookings can only be made by members 18 years or older
  3. Members may sponsor one guest with payment of the $10 guest fee and guests must stay with the member.  Dependents are not allowed to sponsor guests.
  4. There is a max of four pending bookings per membership
  5. Indoor tennis and pickleball courts cost $10 per hour
  6. Tennis ball machine can booked for an $8 rental fee (plus the cost of the court) and it can be booked for 30 minutes or one hour.
  7. Reservations can be canceled 24 hours or more in advance for a full refund of the court fee.  If 24 hours notice can’t be given, the initial court fee is forfeited.  Reservations can be canceled up until one hour of the reservation start time in order to allow others an opportunity to book.
  8. Outdoor tennis, outdoor pickleball, squash, racquetball, ping pong, and wallyball courts are free of charge.  Reservations can be canceled up until one hour of the reservation start time in order to allow others an opportunity to book.
  9. Volleyball and badminton courts cost $5 per hour during prime time and prime time is defined as:  Mon-Fri 6-9 pm and Sat-Sun all day.  All other times, volleyball and badminton courts are free of charge.

Open Rec Courts


Basketball courts are first come, first serve, with no registration required. Borrow a ball from the Recreation Desk, and enjoy playing some hoops, available Monday - Friday 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.


For our soccer athletes, our Turf Field is reserved for open soccer play Monday - Friday from 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

Youth Activity Center

At Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, we understand that finding time for fitness can be a challenge when you have little ones to take care of. That's why we're proud to offer our Youth Activity Center (YAC), an onsite childcare facility that's designed to keep your kids engaged and entertained while you focus on your health and wellness.


Our YAC is staffed by experienced and caring professionals who are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for your children. We offer a range of activities that are designed to keep kids active and engaged, including arts and crafts, games, and outdoor playtime (weather permitting). And with flexible scheduling options, you can choose the childcare package that works best for your family's needs.


But the YAC is more than just a place to keep your kids entertained – it's also an opportunity for them to make new friends and learn valuable social skills. So whether you're taking a group fitness class, hitting the weight room, or enjoying some solo time in the sauna, you can rest assured that your little ones are in good hands at the YAC. Get ready to move and groove with our youth Dance and Stretch & Flexibility classes! Whether your child is a seasoned dancer or just starting out, our classes will help improve flexibility, mobility, and coordination while having a blast. Taekwondo


Our taekwondo classes are the perfect way to build strength, character, and confidence. Led by our certified instructor, each class focuses on physical development, character building, and self-esteem, with an emphasis on developing social skills, physical fitness, self-defense, self-control, and respect. Whether your child is a beginner or a few belts in, our classes will challenge and inspire them to be their best. So come join us and unleash your child's inner warrior today!

Youth Fitness


We have all the fitness fun for your children! With our Youth Small Group Training, your child experiences the benefits, support and camaraderie of working in a small group with a trainer and two to five other kids. Have younger children? Our TigerKick program combines elements of martial arts and obstacle courses, creating a fun, fast-paced fitness program for kids. It's time for some movement!
