We have a membership for Walmart and Sam's Club associates and their households. With a Associate + Immediate Household Whole Health & Fitness membership, you and your crew will have access to all our free and paid programs and classes, ensuring that everyone (+ the kids!) can find a complete Whole Health & Fitness routine.

Tips for Enrollment:

• If you have a preferred name listed in Walmart systems, use that name when enrolling.  

• Be sure to have access to your Walmart email to receive a verification code.

• Membership fees are paid through payroll deduction.

• A credit or debit card is still required to complete the online enrollment process and only charged for future programs or services with your authorization.

• For current WLFC members, your membership information, including a spouse/partner and dependents were migrated over to save you time during enrollment. Do not add these members again, as that will create a duplicate record. Simply select them from the drop down list.

What To Know

Who is eligible to be added to my Associate + Immediate Household Whole Health Complete membership?

Associates or retirees that select Immediate Household membership may include an eligible spouse/partner and dependent children up to age 26 meeting the below criteria:

Eligible Spouse/Partner

• Your spouse, as long as you are not legally separated

• Your domestic partner, as long as you and your domestic partner:

Are in an exclusive and committed relationship similar to marriage and have been for at least 12 months and intend to continue indefinitely

1. Are not married to each other or anyone else

2. Meet the age for marriage in your home state and are mentally competent to consent to contract

3. Are not related in a manner that would bar a legal marriage in the state in which you live

4. Are not in the relationship solely for the purpose of obtaining benefits coverage

• Any other person to whom you are joined in a legal relationship recognized as creating some or all of the rights of marriage in the state or country in which the relationship was created

Dependent Children

Dependent children are eligible through the end of the month that they reach the age of 26. They include natural, adopted, step, or foster children, children placed with you for adoption, the children of your domestic partner, or someone for whom you have legal custody or guardianship, if he/she is as a member of your household and you provide more than half of his/her support.

Up to two eligible extended household members age 26+ - elder parents, adult dependents, plus caregivers - can be added to your membership for the additional cost of $45.50 monthly per added member. See a staff member at the facility to add an extended household member.
