Our Assessments and Intros set a great foundation for you to get started on your fitness journey, or track your progress. Group fitness classes offer a fun and supportive environment where you can connect with others while getting a great workout. Personal trainers can provide customized guidance and support, helping you to achieve your specific goals and make progress at your own pace. A well-equipped workout space with a variety of equipment and amenities ensures that there's something for everyone, no matter your fitness level or interests. Whether you prefer to work out solo or with others, a welcoming fitness community can help you reach your full potential and have fun along the way.

Weight Room Intro


We want you to feel comfortable in our fitness space. Have a member of our Fitness Team take you through the weight room floor to get you familiar with the equipment and how to use it. Stop by the Fitness Desk to make an appointment for a Weight Room Intro!

Teen Weight Room Intro


Teens ages 13-15 can access our weight room with a one-time Teen Weight Room Intro, which teaches equipment safety and allows full access to cardio and weight room floor. (Members must be over 16 to utilize these areas otherwise.) Stop by the Fitness Desk to make an appointment for a Teen Weight Room Intro!

Fit3D


Fit3D A body composition scan that shows a 3D Avatar of yourself, the circumference measurements of your body at key points, and body composition values including body fat percentage and lean muscle mass, all for the low cost of $20. Schedule your Fit3D by stopping by the Fitness Welcome Desk!

Inbody


A body composition analysis offered for free that measures your weight, total skeletal muscle mass, body fat, total body water and provides a full segmental muscle and fat analysis. Schedule your Inbody by dropping by the Fitness Welcome Desk!

Our classes are designed to provide participants with a fun, motivating, and well-rounded fitness experience. Whether you’re looking to center yourself in a Mind Body class or sweat it out with a high-intensity workout, we have a class for you!


Premium Group Fitness Class Pricing


Join our Premium Group Fitness classes and experience a workout like no other! Our instructors possess enhanced qualifications to provide you with expert guidance and ensure safe and effective workouts in our progressive and instructional classes, offering challenging routines that will take your fitness to the next level. Specialized equipment and studio spaces create a dynamic and energetic environment for you to achieve your fitness goals. What to Know


"Do I have to pre-register/reserve a spot for included group fitness classes?"


Prior registration is not required but it is strongly recommended due to class capacity. Members who have registered will have priority for the class and all others will be first come, first serve. You can register in Club Automation (on-line or app) or with any of the staff.


"How do I register for classes?"


By logging into your online Club Automation account or in your Whole Health & Fitness app. Check out our Booking Info sheet down below or see a staff person at any Welcome Desk and we would be happy to assist!


"Do I need to bring my own equipment to any class?"


Most equipment will be provided for you.  We do recommend that you bring the following if accessible:

· Cycling shoes w/clips (if preferred for cycling classes)

· Gloves/mitts for boxing classes (limited quantities available)

· Yoga mats (for sanitary purposes, we recommend you bring your own, but we do provide them)


"What is the cancellation policy for Premium classes?"


Please note that in order to cancel a Premium class, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required. If you cancel within this timeframe, the $5 drop-in rate will be credited back to your membership.

How it Works

There's 3 different ways to get started with Pilates Reformer!


  1. Work one-on-one with a Pilates Reformer instructor. Sessions are tailored to you and what your body needs! Or work two-on-one and you and a buddy can take private sessions together.
  2. Sign up for a Pilates Reformer - An Introduction class for the low cost of $20. This class is designed for those new to Pilates or the Reformer machine, and will focus on fundamental Pilates movements and techniques using the Reformer. Get ready to build the foundational principles of Reformer training! Ideal for all fitness levels.
  3. Coming in August: Sign up for a monthly session of Pilates Reformer - once a week for 4 weeks, or twice a week for 4 weeks. We recommend taking at least 3 PIlates Reformer Intro classes or have prior Reformer experience before registering for a monthly session.
