What to Know

"What are Session experiences and classes?"


A number of our programming and classes are structured into five separate 8-week sessions. Each session includes once-a-week classes, designed to progressively build upon the skills taught in the previous week. This structure allows for consistent growth and development throughout each 8-week period!

"How do I register for Session Experiences?"


The preferred method is to login to your online account: 

walmart.clubautomation.com

Members will be able to register themselves and dependents for various programs and classes!


The secondary method is to register via the Whole Health & Fitness App. However, only the primary member will be able to register dependents using the app. (Don't worry; this is in the works as a future enhancement.)

"How do I setup my online account?"


Access your account online through walmart.clubautomation.com. If it's your first time logging in, just click on "Access My Account" to setup your user id and password. Within your account you can manage your membership, register for classes and experiences, book courts, and take advantage of all we have to offer!

"Is there a mobile app available for registration?"


Once done with your online account setup, we encourage members to use the Walton Whole Health & Fitness app that can be downloaded in the Google Play or Apple app store. (Members must login and register for their online account through the website before trying to access the app.)


Please note that only the primary member will be able to register dependents using the app.

"What if I need assistance registering for Session Experiences?"

Swim Assessments

Swim Assessments ensure that children are enrolled in the correct level for their abilities, promoting a better learning environment for all the swimmers in the group. All children ages 3-12 years old who would like to participate in our Red Cross Learn-to-Swim group lessons are required to complete a Swim Assessment before registering for a class, if they are not currently enrolled or do not have an assessment saved to their profile.  Swim Assessments are required prior to each Sessions registration.

Register for Swim Assessments in your online account under "Programs".
