Badge Access to the Fitness Center:

  • Visit the Front Desk security team to sign a waiver and get badge access to use the fitness center for personal workouts.

Class Booking Access:

  • Create your Whole Health & Fitness account to book classes online and in the new mobile app (coming soon).
Steps to Sign Up for Whole Health & Fitness Account:
  1. Click the Sign Up button to create your Whole Health & Fitness account in the online portal.    
  2. Enter your preferred first name, last name and work email address associated with your Walmart account. If you do not have a “preferred” first name listed in Workday, use your legal first name.
  3. Look for a verification email in your Walmart inbox containing an access code. Enter the access code into the enrollment page. 
  4. Enter your contact information, emergency contact details, and create a password.
  5. Read and accept the liability waiver and agreement terms. 
  6. Review your information and click Confirm and Purchase. 
  7. Click Continue to take you to your portal home page.

Whole Health & Fitness Classes

Reserve your spot in class through the online portal. Classes are open to associates only.

*The fitness center is closed for individual workouts during group class sessions. 

HIIT Fusion

This class will leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. Designed to push your limits with a combo of intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of transition and rest, this class allows you to maximize calorie burn and build muscular endurance.

Strength Express

Get ready for a powerful full-body workout that builds strength, boosts endurance, and enhances functional fitness—all in a time-efficient format! Using a mix of free weights and bodyweight exercises, we target all major muscle groups. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Experience a gentle flow that nurtures physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practiced at a slow pace, this class focuses on long holds, deep stretching, and mindful breathing to release stress, tension, and tightness. Perfect for all levels, come unwind and rejuvenate with us.

Guidelines

Access

San Bruno - Whole Health & Fitness facility is available:

  • Associate Access: 5 AM to 10 PM Daily
  • Contractor Access: 6 AM to 7 PM, Monday - Friday

Fitness center is closed for individual workouts during group classes. 


Hygiene & Etiquette

  • We've equipped our shower rooms with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. 
  • Hairdryers, hand towels, and scales are also provided.
  • Wear clean clothes and antiperspirant.
  • Bring a clean towel and wipe down mats and equipment after each use. 

Let's all work together to keep the Whole Health & Fitness areas fresh and welcoming.


Towels

We provide hand towels in locker rooms and fitness center. Please use the soiled towel hampers provided and do not remove hand towels from the premises. If you're using the showers, remember to bring your own towel.


Lockers

Lockers are for daily use only. Please do not store items overnight. Ensure all personal belongings are secured in a locker, as Walmart is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Check with security for any lost items.


Unclaimed Items

Any items left unsecured will be removed by the facilities team on Friday at 4 PM and placed in lost and found for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be donated after this period.

Whole Health & Fitness App - Coming Soon!

Once you sign up for your online portal, you can download the Whole Health & Fitness- West app  from your Google Play or Apple app store. Use the app to view group fitness class times and reserve your spot. 


 Tips for the App: 

  • Please note that you must sign up for your online Whole Health & Fitness account before trying to access the app. 
  • Username for the app is typically first initial of the first name, followed by the full last name (no spaces).  Example:  John Smith (jsmith). 
  • Password is the same for your online portal.  If you are having difficulties, please contact wholehealthwest@walmart.com. We are here to help!

  • Download the Whole Health & Fitness - West mobile app 

Fitness Classes

Sign up for your online profile and get access to book classes 7 days in advance to guarantee a spot! Drop-ins are welcome if space allows. 

We can accommodate -10 people in the HIIT Fusion class and - 20 in the Yoga classes.

For yoga classes, some participants may want to bring their own mat and that is encouraged, but equipment will be provided for all classes. Just bring yourself and some water!

The HIIT Fusion class will be held in the fitness center. The Yoga class will be held in a large conference room down the hall.

Both classes are appropriate for any fitness level. We encourage both new and experienced exercisers to join us! Instructors are equipped and ready to accommodate needs.

All participants are required to sign a waiver (one-time), prior to attending classes. If you're signed up for your online portal, you're all set. If you haven't signed up for your portal, see the instructor to sign a paper waiver. 

We are also asking for each person to sign-in each time when they arrive. This helps us track attendance and plan for future programming.
