We hope to foster a culture of inclusion at Walmart. Inclusion means valuing, supporting, and championing unique styles, experiences, identities, ideas, and opinions to empower associates to reach their full potential.
We're proud to work with over a million associates from all over the world. We hope that each person feels welcome and has an equal shot at every opportunity.
What does it take to make that happen? More than you may think!
We're on a road to inclusion, and the journey is powered by our associates. In this course, you will learn how we define diversity and inclusion by watching a series of videos. You will also find resources to help you network and feel included.
Our Vision is "Everyone Included." By fostering a workplace culture where everyone is – and feels – included, everyone wins. Associates are happier, perform at their best, and in turn, provide better service to each other and our customers and members.
The Global Office of Culture, Diversity and Inclusion’s (CDI's) mission is to create an inclusive culture where all associates are engaged to deliver on our purpose – every day. At Walmart, we strive to create an atmosphere where associates feel welcome, comfortable, and safe to bring their authentic selves to work.
We seek to embrace difference in people, ideas, and experience. Being inclusive means every associate and customer feels welcome, comfortable, and safe.

Watch the video about ARGs and see if you can find at least one of these groups that interests you. If you find a group that you are interested in, use the handy sign-up form on the ARG site to join or receive communications from an ARG.
