# From Click to Curbside Eight years ago, pickup and delivery at Walmart was just getting off the ground — and Idaho supercenter Store Manager Jason Neville, along with a team of 12 associates were right at the heart of the unknown. What Jason did know, however, was that to hit his daily goal of 30 orders, they would have to overcome the biggest challenge: earning customers’ trust in picking fresh groceries and produce on their behalf. Fast forward to today and the likes of 6,500 people are trusting Jason’s store weekly and placing daily orders that bring the store over $30 million a year in pickup and delivery sales alone. What seemed like a dream is now a reality for many Americans. Pickup and delivery has become a game-changer not just for customers, but for associates and drivers whose jobs have been created and supported along the way. From students driving for extra income, to full-time careers in pickup, the impact is real and personal. Jason credits his team and the Spark community of drivers for making it all happen, and he’s not alone. Last year 170 stores saw $25 million in sales from Pickup and Delivery.
