The next few months will be exciting and fast-paced as you onboard into your new role.
As you work through the course topics each month, your manager will support you throughout your journey, and you will check in with them regularly for guidance and input. Your manager will contact you to plan things like 1:1 meetings, store tours, and team presentations, but you can also contact them any time you have questions.
Stay on schedule to ensure you complete the topics and activities on time. There are several activities, like your personal brand and 30-60-90 day plan, where you will complete or create something before meeting with your manager. Your manager will collaborate with you on some activities, so be sure to prepare for those meetings.
