Tech Training | FAQs

Please visit the {OPEN} Box calendar page and click the Register button for the desired course in a given month. You will then log into SuccessFactors to complete the registration. The manual given below can guide you with the process.

Refer the Manual here

You can withdraw up to 7 business days prior to the date of training on SuccessFactors (Refer the manual). Any “no shows” after that would be charged to the cost center of the respective pillar. Therefore, please plan accordingly.

All training nominations are served on a first-come-first-serve basis. Typically, the first 25 associates who register for a course receive an immediate confirmation from SuccessFactors (no-reply@walmart.com) over email with an attached ‘.ics’ file so that you can add it to your calendar.

The confirmed Zoom link details are shared as an additional email notification from SuccessFactors (no-reply@walmart.com) 5 business days prior to the training.

The TTX team will not be blocking your calendar with an invite manually as was done before. So please keep an eye for email notifications from SuccessFactors.

This happens because the batch size limit for a particular course has been reached and you have enrolled in the waitlist automatically.

Waitlist movements are permitted up to 7 days prior to training and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Depending on the number of active enrolments canceled during that time and your position on the waitlist, you will receive a confirmation message from SuccessFactors (no-reply@walmart.com).

Follow the process steps given here to register and claim your access to eLearning platforms [LinkedIn and O’Reilly].

For O'Reilly access: Post your manager’s approval of the request in Service Now, it will take a couple of days for the account activation.

We understand that sitting long hours in front of the system for training can create quite the fatigue, hence, we have modularized all our open courses. You are expected to attend the full training which is only for half-day sessions spread across multiple days.
