Start building your Walmart network to help you acclimate to your new role by meeting with some of your new colleagues. Your leader will tell you who to meet with, so talk to them before you schedule any meetings.

  • What key resources would you make a new associate aware of?
• Consider getting a mentor to guide you on your Walmart journey. Mentors can help you in your current role and throughout your career.
