- Here Is a list of questions to help you start the conversation:
- Which area of the business do you/your team support?
- What are the current priorities/projects for your team?
- Will any of your work overlap with the work that my team is doing?
- What is your team’s biggest challenge currently?
- What does success look like to you?
- What advice would you give me as a new associate?
- How can/will we work together and support each other?
- What key resources would you make a new associate aware of?
- Consider getting a mentor to guide you on your Walmart journey. Mentors can help you in your current role and throughout your career.
You could probably find your way around by downloading a map on your phone, but we'd like to give you a good old-fashioned tour anyway. Your leader will reach out to help you find a peer to give you a tour.
Here's a map you can download if you are located in Bentonville. It also comes in handy should you need to navigate the Home Office.
