Empathy
VR Module Description

The objective of Empathy VR training is to help associates understand that while they cannot fix every moment in their customer’s day, they can make the moment they spend with Walmart better.  We can do this by reminding associates that it is crucial to be empathetic when practicing Clean, Fast, Friendly and Greet, Help, Thank.

 

Empathy VR training has one lesson which takes five minutes to complete.  During the lesson, associates experience three different customer stories:

  • Business person in a hurry to a family event
  • Customer with a sick child at home and not enough money to pay
  • Customer with a sick father in the hospital
