The diversity and inclusion VR training will expose users to non-inclusive situations, then challenge them to address the behavior using Walmart’s constructive feedback model, “Situation, Behavior, Impact” (SBI). The scenarios will allow you to practice identifying and addressing non-inclusive behaviors as it relates to unconscious bias. In both modules, a fellow Walmart associate has exhibited a non-inclusive behavior and projected their unconscious bias, creating a negative environment. As a leader, you must address this behavior quickly to address the unconscious bias that may be at play.
