Difficult Conversations
VR Module Description

The difficult conversation VR training will aid in assistant managers having difficult conversations with direct reports by providing tools they will need to assist them in holding themselves and team members accountable. In the first module (six months after her hire date) Morgan has received a customer complaint for having a bad attitude. Your goal is to discuss performance concerns with Morgan to discover what is causing the change in performance.  In the second module (two weeks after the first scenario) Morgan has begun taking long breaks and continues to have a bad attitude. Your task is to issue a disciplinary action to Morgan about these issues and address the severity of the situation.  In the third module (two weeks after the second scenario) Morgan continues to take long breaks despite your previous conversation, all still with a bad attitude. Your goal is to calmly inform Morgan that she is being terminated.
