SUDEEP RALHAN
VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES
Sudeep Ralhan is the Head of Human Resources at Walmart Labs India. He is responsible for driving the people agenda and embedding a culture of inclusion & innovation at our India Development Center, for a workforce spread across Bangalore, Gurgaon & Chennai.
After completing his post graduation in business in 2001, Sudeep has worked across the IT, BPO & FMCG industries in a diverse set of roles, spanning multiple geographies. Prior to joining Walmart, he played strategic leadership roles with organizations such as GSK Consumer Healthcare and Accenture.
Sudeep is passionate about diversity & leadership and likes working with leaders who are values-driven and forward thinking.
On a personal front, he loves to read, watch horror movies and is always on the lookout for new places to eat!
