Rahul Kakkar is the Senior Director, Shared Services and Site Lead at Walmart Labs Gurgaon. With previous stints in IMB India, R1 RCM, JindelX and Ecall International, and a strong background in Delivery Operations, Rahul’s focus is on building efficient and robust processes and teams to seamlessly support the Walmart business across the globe. Rahul joined the Walmart family in 2016 as a Director.
Apart from his core expertise in Strategic Planning & Management, Shared Services, Delivery Operations, and Innovation & Transformation, he also has in-depth understanding of Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Site & P/L Management and Revenue Cycle Management.
With 22 years of diverse experience in the industry and certified in Six Sigma Green Belt, and Design Thinking among others, he is deeply committed to Business and Digital Transformation, leading competent teams to meet and surpass Organizational goals and objectives consistently.
After pursuing B Com from Bangalore University, Rahul went on to do a PGDBM in Retail Management from IMT Ghaziabad.
