Priya Subramani is a Sr. Director leading Product Management and Data Analytics at Walmart focusing on the U.S. ecommerce and omnichannel business. She brings a deep, deliberate and consistent focus on customer experiences and driving business impact and growth by defining transformational retail experiences. She lives by the principles that everything she does makes a big difference to the customer and that focus and courage are key in the relentless pursuit of perfection.
Priya has over 28 years industry experience and dabbled in everything from software engineering to consulting till she found her calling in Product Management. Prior to Walmart, Priya led Seller products at Amazon. She has deep expertise in the domain of advertising technology having built adtech products at Yahoo and at ad tech startups. Prior to that, Priya spent over a decade in the SF Bay Area in the domain of SaaS and CRM at companies like Netsuite and Agile Software among others.
Priya is passionate about innovation, customer experience, product management and women in science and technology and is always looking to push the boundaries in these areas. Curious by nature and a learner for life, she also loves all things quirky – she’s currently trying to figure out why it is so hard to juggle objects when juggling tasks seems to come easy! Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family, working out or working at an NGO focused on education for girls. She has a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and an executive management degree from IIM, Bangalore.
