A Live panel discussion exploring the paths towards fostering a more inclusive culture and leadership.
Musical Concert:
We organized "Tap to the rhythm of pride", an in-house music concert to celebrate the joy of love and diversity.

Hiring members from LGBTQIA and Support Staff Sensitization:
Last August we launched our initiative of hiring members from the Transgender community. The Pride ARG organized a bunch activities ranging from engaging floor walks to sensitizing associates and teams that will soon have members from the LGBTQIA+ Community amongst them.

Safe Spaces:
An anonymous session entailing 15-20 minutes of one-on-one sessions with Mahesh Natarajan a trained and certified counsellor who runs fun-filled training programs and workshops on personal growth, overcoming fears/anxieties and nurturing relationships.
Your Story, My Story:
Courage remains an essential ingredient for making change, and the courageous sharing of personal stories is one of the ways we can create more inclusive workplaces. Check out a new storytelling campaign called “My Pride. My Story”, which celebrates Walmart associates who are letting their voices be heard.
