Own your well-being

May through July 2025

As a Walmart associate, you have the freedom to find care on your terms, when and where you need it. Read on to learn how to make the most of your Walmart benefits for yourself, your family, and your future. And come back in August for the next quarterly edition.

  • Live Better Bulletin: See more details and how-to info in the latest newsletter, in English (coming soon) or Spanish (coming soon).
  • Get care wherever, whenever: Convenient virtual care lets you connect with a provider anytime, anywhere. If you’re enrolled in most medical plans, you have no cost virtual options for primary care, urgent care, mental health, physical therapy, lab work, and gut health.
  • Grow your family: There are many ways to grow your family. Walmart offers support for adoption, surrogacy, or fertility treatment. There’s also personalized support through pregnancy and after birth through Life with Baby.
  • Take time to take care: Balancing life and work is crucial for your mental well-being. Use paid time off benefit to spend time with family, celebrate holidays that mean the most to you, manage your life, or get healthier—all while still being paid.
  • Unlock your full potential: Mental health support looks different for everyone—and it’s so much more than getting help for clinical conditions, such as anxiety or depression. Mental health coaching can also help you navigate challenges that impact your life, mood, and relationships. Not sure where to start? Ask a Help Now resource specialist.
  • Know the power of time on money: In money matters, patience pays off. When you invest in your Walmart 401(k) your money grows through compound interest—your interest earns its own interest. Over time that can really add up. Patience pays with the Associate Stock Purchase Plan too, when you hold your shares longer. When you're ready to invest for the future, remember that the sooner you start, the more time your money has to make its own money.
