With a focus on reducing busy-work and ensuring massive scale, Jeremy has focused on automation, security best practices and enabling rapid self-service to maximize his coffee consumption time while maintaining codebases that do all the actual work.
Some of his notable accomplishments are:
- Led efforts in Walmart's architecture and consumption of cloud computing
- Developed Payment processing environments within Public Cloud
- Enterprise-Scale Configuration Management
Most recently, Jeremy has taken a role within Walmart as a Distinguished Engineer driving OT security strategy within the enterprise. With his extensive IT background, he is hoping to provide a common thread to unite IT and OT in support of improving security awareness and posture.
When not working, he can be found either roaming the earth with his three children, picking up and subsequently putting down heavy things, fishing or plunging headfirst into guitar rabbit-holes and trying to be a better classical guitarist.
