As a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience at Walmart, Donnie Dean has honed his skills in information security, technology, and servant leadership. Currently, he serves as a Senior Project Manager in the InfoSec Business Engagement and Communications area, where he has successfully led various project/program initiatives and mentored individuals within and outside the organization. His extensive background includes in-store and technology roles, providing him with a broad understanding of front-end and backroom systems management, eDiscovery/Forensics, and Data Security. His expertise spans cryptography, business continuity, and disaster recovery programs.
As a dedicated senior within the organization, he is committed to fostering career growth and volunteers as a Graduate Assistant for Dale Carnegie, First Lego League, and various community events focused on continuous adult and youth development. Donnie holds agile and security certifications, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and adapting to an ever-changing environment. His passion for mentorship and community involvement has allowed him to make a positive impact both within and outside the Walmart family.
