Dr. Yolanda Ragland didn’t start her career working with feet. She had originally planned to be a dermatologist, treating people’s skin, but a revelation in her days as a researcher caused her to change course—and have a huge impact on the way people walk.

Years later, she is now the owner of Fix Your Feet, a podiatry practice with locations on Park Avenue in New York City and in the Greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The practice focuses on giving relief to women who feel they are not heard and whose concerns are often dismissed.
