The campus is designed to be a vibrant part of the Sunnyvale community, located at 1395 Crossman Ave. It is comprised of four office buildings with amenity spaces, parking decks, and surface lots. Inside each office building, you’ll find state-of-the-art workspaces, in-office amenities like community kitchen on each floor, Grab & Go, Tech Spot, and a variety of workspace types across the floors. The campus will also include cutting-edge fitness facilities, a café, an outdoor plaza with a water feature and outdoor bocce ball and volleyball courts. It’s a place where associates can thrive – and a reflection of our culture.
*Our New Sunnyvale Campus is a smoke and tobacco free campus. A dedicated visitor smoking area will be available.

Transportation
We know that convenience matters – especially when it comes to parking. There are two parking decks at the new Sunnyvale Campus along with additional surface parking throughout.
Associates can utilize the two parking decks and surface parking but will need to have a parking permit. Reserved spots are for ADA, expectant mothers, EV charging (for a fee), vanpool and visitors; All others are first come – first served.
Associates are responsible for providing information about their vehicle to Corporate Security when they begin employment with Walmart or when that information changes (ie., new vehicle, license plate, etc). This can be submitted by reaching out to Corporate Security at gec-badgeaccesssupport@walmart.onmicrosoft.com.
Parking Permit Procedure
Parking permits will be made available only to Walmart Associates who use one of the Sunnyvale buildings as their primary location. Permits will be removable static clings and can be placed on any non-commercial vehicle within a 7” square on the passenger side of the windshield. Only one permit will be issued per associate and they will be individually numbered. In order to receive a permit, you must provide basic information including:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Phone No.
- License Plate Tag No.
- Make/Model
- Color

EV Charging
ChargePoint stations in Sunnyvale are $0.30 per kWh for the first 4 hours, then charge $20 per hour thereafter, and charges will be applied to the card connected with your account.
- Log in to the Charge Point driver account or create a new account if required.
Shuttle
New shuttle service will drop off/pick up at both the Sunnyvale Campus and California Ave. offices as well as other sites and run throughout the day between the sites.

Bike Parking
Fenced, covered bike parking is available in both Parking Decks 1 and 2 in Sunnyvale. An open-air bike rack is located near the Excellence Building.

The new Sunnyvale Campus redefines work and collaboration with a range of flexible spaces including assigned and hoteling workstations, collaboration spaces and lots of natural light and views.
While selecting the right space can optimize the individual and team experience, we encourage you to be considerate of the nature and size of your meeting when making your reservation. Please choose a room that aligns with your group size, ensuring larger spaces are reserved for larger gatherings.
Community kitchens are located centrally on all floors. Enjoy complimentary still/sparking flavored water, coffee and Coca-Cola Freestyle located in all community kitchens.

Plan with a Coordinator
A coordinator will reach out to complete the intake process, get additional information and book your room. You will be sent an Outlook calendar invite from the booked room.
Prepare for the meeting
Behind the scenes, your coordinator will be planning. Along the way you will get emails with links to select catering, confirm layouts, and AV services needed.
Rooms of all styles and functions are available across campus. We have made booking rooms and services for team gatherings a one-stop-shop. All rooms that accommodate over 15 people are centrally managed. All these rooms can have additional services added to them. Most of these rooms have configurable furniture.

How We Planned the Move
The decision-making process behind our office building assignments was rooted in a few core principles:
- 1:1 workstations so each associate can have an assigned workstation.
- Keep teams as intact as possible to maximize teamwork and productivity.
- Strategic co-location with the business where applicable to ensure partner collaboration easy and seamless.

Whole Health & Fitness
The Sunnyvale Campus has lots of options to support you on your whole health journey:

Cafe:
The Sunnyvale Café in the Excellence building is planned to open in late 2025. In the interim, lunch will be available for purchase from local food trucks in front of the Excellence and Respect buildings.
- Eight food stations serving a variety of styles and cuisines.

- All-inclusive beverage station so associates can hydrate and refresh with a wide selection of drinks
- Outdoor patio seating area to take in the fresh air while dining al fresco.
