Walmart Customer Spark Community - eGift Card Redemption Information
Redeeming your Walmart Customer Spark eGift card is easy!
There are two methods to redeem your eGift Card. Please follow the steps for your preferred method.
1. Click the URL link provided on “Your Walmart eGift card” email.
2. This link will take you to a new page, here you will see a box to enter the challenge key. Enter the code you received in the “Walmart eGift card” email.
3. Select the “Go to eGift card” button. It will take you to a new page.
4. Here you will see your eGift card information, including your Card Number and PIN. You can use your eGift card at Walmart.com and Samsclub.com or print it out to use in a Walmart or Sam’s Club store.
Method 2: From the Walmart Customer Spark Application
1. You can access your rewards information at any time in the Walmart Customer Spark Application, just select “Rewards History” under the History Tab.
2. When you select a Reward Type from the list, click “See Details”. You will see a pop-up message. Select the “Go to eGift Card” link in the message.
3. This link will take you to a new page, here you will see a box to enter the challenge key. Enter the code showing in the message.
4. Select the “Go to eGift card” button. It will take you to a new page.
5. Here you will see your eGift card information, including your Card Number and PIN. You can use your eGift card at Walmart.com and Samsclub.com or print it out to use in a Walmart or Sam’s Club store.
