You are strongly encouraged to speak with your manager and facility manager prior to submitting an Open Door concern. Your manager is your best resource for concerns in the facility and will be able to resolve your concern quicker than the Associate relations team. If your concern is about the facility manager or you have spoken to your manager and your concern is still not resolved then you can submit a concern on the previous page.
People Services will be your best resource for these types of questions or concerns. You can contact them at 800-421-1362
Please review the Code of Conduct or click here for Ethics FAQs. If you need to submit a question or concern, click “Let’s get started” to begin your report.
We recommend you first speak to manager in your facility about your concern. If you have already spoke to them and still need assistance, please submit your question or concern on the previous page and an associate will contact you regarding your concerns.
If you need to report an emergency or active threat please contact EOC at (479) 277-1001 or call 911 for local law enforcement. Additionally, you can submit your concern on this page by clicking "Let's get started."
Yes. Concerns can be reported anonymously. To allow us the opportunity to research the details of reported concerns, we encourage you to include your name and contact details so we can reach out to you as needed.
If you aren’t comfortable including your contact information, you will have the option to remain anonymous when you begin your report in the “Let’s get started” section.
Walmart does not tolerate retaliation for reporting a concern or participating in an investigation. Any associate who engages in retaliation will be subject to disciplinary action. If you feel that you have been retaliated against for reporting a concern, contact your next-level manager, People Lead or Ethics & Compliance. If you feel that you have been retaliated against for participating in an investigation, contact the Walmart investigator you were working with or Ethics & Compliance.
We know it takes courage to come forward and share your concerns. Discouraging associates from reporting an ethics concern is prohibited and could result in disciplinary action. When we speak out against things that are wrong, we uphold our values and Code. Reporting an issue in good faith will not get you in trouble, even if you make an honest mistake. Knowingly reporting false information is contrary to our values and will be subject to disciplinary action.
We appropriately investigate reports of misconduct. We share information only on a need-to-know basis. If you are asked to participate in an investigation, give honest and complete answers.
Your ideas matter, and to improve Walmart for the future, we need to hear from you! To paraphrase Sam Walton, the key to success is getting out into stores and listening to what associates have to say. That’s why we have MyIdeas. Submit your idea today to make a difference and transform Walmart for the future.
After you submit an idea, our network of experts will review your idea. Once we’ve reviewed your idea and have a decision and feedback, it will be available on the MyIdeas Spotlight page. Use the “Idea Status” button to find any available updates. Our goal is to provide feedback as soon as possible, but some great ideas take time! If you haven’t heard back from us, please know your idea is still in good hands! We’ll provide feedback as soon as we have it!
After review, all ideas that are going to be implemented are tracked on the Operations E2E site.
Report Your Concern 24/7
The way we conduct our business is as important as the products we sell and the services we
provide. We want to ensure our actions reflect our values, build trust, and create a positive
environment for everyone. Walmart’s Code of Conduct reflects who we are as a company and shows how we bring
our culture of integrity to life every day. At its heart is a simple guideline: do the right
thing and speak up whenever you have a concern. We do not tolerate retaliation for reporting a
concern or participating in an investigation.
Walmart’s values and people-focused culture drive our purpose of saving people money so they can
live better. We expect our associates and business partners to put fairness, equity, justice,
and integrity at the heart of everything they do — and sharing your questions and concerns help
us be our best. Together, we are making a difference.
Thank you for sharing!
A support agent will reach out to you soon.
