If you’re thinking about getting pregnant, it’s time to sign up for Life with Baby. There’s plenty you can do to get ready for a healthy pregnancy before you’re even expecting. You can call your nurse care manager at the number on the back of your medical plan ID card.

The path to parenthood can be complex and expensive. Walmart helps by providing a Centers of Excellence program for fertility treatments and services, including IVF and IUI.
Associates and their spouse/partner or covered dependents who are enrolled in the Premier, Saver, Contribution plans, or any Local Plan, are eligible. There is a $20,000 lifetime maximum benefit.

Pregnant moms need all the support they can get. That’s why we cover doula services. These trained professionals are there to help you emotionally and physically before, during, and after birth.
Why use a doula?
Your doula can help you understand delivery, give emotional support and encouragement, provide hands-on assistance during delivery, and help communicate with your medical team.
To get started, call the phone number on the back of your plan ID card. A care manager will help you access doula services.
Who's eligible?
This benefit is available to all associates and their spouse/partner or covered dependents who are enrolled in the Premier, Saver, Contribution plans, or any Local Plan. Each individual is covered for up to $1,000 per pregnancy. Keep in mind that this will be considered as taxable income.
