  • UTIs
  • Skin conditions (acne, rashes and more)

What can’t they do?

Doctor On Demand cannot be used for a life-threatening emergency. It’s also not intended to replace your annual, in-person visit with a primary care physician. Depending on your condition, the doctor may ask you to see a physician in person. Doctor On Demand can’t prescribe DEA-controlled substances.

Premier Plan, Contribution Plan, Saver, and Local Plans

If you’re enrolled in one of these plans, there’s no cost to you for any Doctor On Demand visit because of COVID-19. Also, you may be able to have a video visit with your regular doctor as well. Ask your doctor or call your health care advisor to learn more.

Special program for Colorado, Minnesota, and Wisconsin

Most associates in these states have access to an optional, expanded program where a Personal Online Doctor acts as your primary care doctor. Besides handling your everyday health needs, they can coordinate care with doctors in your network and help you manage serious or ongoing health issues. Plus, the Doctor On Demand care team is there for chronic conditions, nutritional counseling, questions, and helpful resources. Right now, there’s no cost for video doctor visits because of COVID-19.
