Walmart Associates

Previously, our people experiences were fragmented across an array of complex systems and applications. Associates struggled to navigate this complexity, resulting in lost productivity, confusion, and not taking full advantage of Walmart’s robust people offerings. Previous experiences lack personalization and actionable insights, so we had an opportunity to better empower our associates to live and work more efficiently and effectively.

Now, our associates will have a single experience layer. Associates will be able to perform tasks like transferring an associate to a new manager, finding their next Walmart career opportunity, increasing 401(k) elections, checking a recent paystub, managing open job requisitions, and ordering their favorite coffee. They will have access to everything they need within a unified, consumer-grade experience.

Me@Campus serves as a gateway for anyone interested in starting their career with Walmart. The app also includes information about Walmart's benefits, history, culture, and values.
