No, applying for a booth is not a guarantee you will receive a booth.

We will have 75 booths for 2025 Sp4rkCon. 

You can invite all your customers to join you at the free event.  We encourage that you leverage social media letting people know you will be hosting a booth at the expo.

Only Walmart Associates can watch this event virtually. Everyone else must attend in person.

You will have a 6-foot table, table covering (it is not a tablecloth – you may want to bring one), 2 chairs, access to power (we should have power strips at every booth), and access to the public Walmart Wi-Fi in the building – this is open to all – exhibitors and attendees. 

Booths must be set up Friday April 11, 2025, between 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Central Time (CT). We need everyone to exit the building no later than 5:45 p.m. 

SWAG is allowed – but we ask if you bring any, you bring enough for 1,000 people – one for each attendee.

Co-branding of swag is not permitted. 

No, you will not be given a list of attendees.

Check-in is on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 7:30 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. Central Time (CT). 

Booths will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time (CT). The goal is to be packed up and out of the building no later than 5 p.m. so you can head over to the after party and continue networking and celebrating a great event.

**Do not ship to Walmart**

If you need to ship any items, please ship to your hotel as we are not able to handle any items shipped to Walmart.

We do not have any equipment rental items.  If you need a monitor, please bring this with you.

This event is open to anyone, but most are an average of six-hour drive from Bentonville, AR.
