When: Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT

Where: David Glass Technology Center (805 Moberly Lane, Bentonville, AR 72712)

Check-In: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. CDT

After Party: 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Bike Rack Brewing Co. - 8th St. Brewery & Taproom - Market District. 801 SE 8th St #61, Bentonville, AR 72712. Food along with water and lemonade will be served 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. while supplies lasts. All other beverages are not included and must be purchased separately by the individual attendee. 

Cost: Free to attend 

Recording: At this event, photos and videos may be recorded. By attending this event, and the spaces herein, you consent to be included in any photos, videos or other forms of media that may be made in relation to this event and the company as a whole.

If you do not wish to be part of any photo or video, we ask that you please refrain from entering this space.

Parking: Please look for the designated Guest Parking signage at the David Glass Technology Center.

Snacks & Beverages: Snacks/drinks and a boxed lunch will be provided on a first come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Swag: T-shirts and swag bags are available while supplies last.
