As a Walmart associate, you have tools and support to protect your health and wealth. Keep reading to learn how to make the most of your Walmart benefits. And come back in October for the next quarterly edition.

  • Live Better Bulletin: See more details and how-to info in the latest newsletter, in English or Spanish.
  • Find the right fit for your mental health: Walmart has lots of ways to help you protect your mental health. As an associate, your Day One Benefits include up to 20 mental health coaching or therapy sessions at no cost. Get started with a five-minute wellness check-in at Walmart.LyraHealth.com for personalized recommendations. When you’re enrolled in a Walmart medical plan, you have access to licensed mental health clinicians and psychiatrists through Doctor On Demand by Included Health
  • Healthy habits made easy: Learn to eat better and change your mindset with Fresh Tri. Reset and refocus with a two-minute wellness break integrated into your work day with Breakthru. Get fit anywhere with a plan that best fits your journey through Fitness Pass. Learn to manage stress and live healthier with myAgileLife. Or get proven help to quit tobacco, including smoking and vaping.
  • Focus on your whole health: Round out your coverage with vision and dental plans. You may be able to enroll even if you’re not eligible for medical coverage.
  • Prepare to protect: When the unexpected happens, disability coverage can provide cash support to replace your income. An approved leave of absence can give you time to heal. And life insurance can protect your loved ones with cash when they need it most.
  • Plan for the Unexpected: Name Your Beneficiaries Today
Keeping your beneficiaries' information updated helps make sure your benefits, like 401(k) and life insurance, are paid according to your wishes. If you don’t name a beneficiary, your benefit will be paid according to plan terms, which may not be consistent with your intent. Take five minutes to review and update your beneficiary information by visiting One.Walmart.com/Beneficiary
