Reward Program Terms of Use

Walmart operates the Walmart Customer Spark Community. What is the Walmart Customer Spark Community? The Walmart Customer Spark Community is an invite-only online community of Walmart shoppers who have agreed to provide their opinions and feedback on a variety of topics by completing surveys and other activities. If you are selected for a survey or activity and fully participate, as a token of gratitude for your participation, Walmart will give you points that you can accumulate in exchange for a Walmart gift card.

Eligibility:

All Walmart Customer Spark Community members are eligible to participate in the rewards program.

Points:

Points will be assigned to the survey or activity members are invited to. The number of points assigned will depend on both the length and effort required to complete the activity. The number of points Spark Community members accumulate will be tracked in the Walmart Customer Spark Community account.

Survey Completion:

At the discretion of the Walmart Customer Spark Community, you may be offered the opportunity to complete surveys to earn points. To complete a survey, you must answer all required questions. You will earn points for each survey completed.

Other activities:

At the discretion of the Walmart Customer Spark Community, you may be offered the opportunity to complete an in-depth interview, participate in a shop-along, and/or submit a video or photo diary to earn points. To earn points, you must fully participate for the entire duration of the activity. You will earn points for each activity completed.

The Walmart Customer Spark Community may change the number of Points awarded for each activity, the activities eligible for Points, and the prerequisites for earning or maintain Points awarded at its sole discretion. Walmart Customer Spark Community members must maintain active Walmart Customer Spark Community accounts, in accordance with the written instructions of Walmart Customer Spark Community, to be eligible to earn and redeem Points.

If you believe that Points were not properly accrued to your Account, you must contact sparkcommunity@walmart.com.

Redeeming Points:

Points may be redeemed by clicking the "Redeem" button on the Rewards page within an active Walmart Customer Spark account. The number of points required to redeem a reward may be modified by the Walmart Customer Spark Community at any time in its sole discretion. All points redemptions are final.

Point Expiration:

Unredeemed Points will expire in the event an active Walmart Customer Spark account becomes inactive.
