“I downloaded the ZP app and started my first 21-day program with a focus on the fitness aspect,” Donald says. “It’s really easy to use: You just go on the app and check the box every time you make a smart choice. For me, I would check the box if I went on a walk with my wife or running with my son. I wasn’t just coming home from work and sitting on the couch anymore.”
Donald also made changes to his diet. He switched out sweet tea for water; gave up his regular bagel, egg, and cheese for a lighter breakfast sandwich with fruit and yogurt; and cut back on junk food.
At the end of 21 days, Donald shared his ZP Challenge story. “That’s when I had my real aha! moment,” he says. “I couldn’t tell a lot of difference day to day, but seeing those before and after pictures side by side—I could finally visualize the transformation.”
“After more than a year with ZP, I can tell a big difference,” he says. “I’m not bloated and tired all the time. I have more energy and can run around our 210,000-square-foot store without feeling winded.”
Donald has always put customers first, but with his newfound energy he can spend even more time delivering great service. He’s even become an inspiration. “People say they saw the changes I was making, and they’ll ask me how to eat better or what I do for exercise. I always love to share my story, but I also tell people, to truly make a change, it’s all about you.”
