ESSENCE, a leading media, technology and commerce company serving Black women, will host its first ever ESSENCE Festival of Culture virtual experience and Walmart is a proud sponsor.
As a result of COVID, the historic July Fourth celebration held annually in New Orleans will now span across two weekends — June 25-28 and July 2-5 (Thursdays-Sundays) — and will stream across the ESSENCE Studios online platform. 
The multi-day experience themed UNSTOPPABLE will feature virtual performances and empowerment experiences with influencers, experts and Walmart associates. Headlining artists and speakers include: John Legend, Swizz Beatz, Bruno Mars, Tank & The Bangas, DJ D-Nice, Tabitha Brown, Jemele Hill, Kirk Franklin, The Clark Sisters and many moreVisit the 2020 ESSENCE Fest website to get your FREE invite – that’s right, no cost to enjoy the virtual experience.
Though virtual, this year’s ESSENCE Festival of Culture still promises a robust slate of programming. Here's the lineup:
