Little League to Big League Service
Three grads, friends & co-workers share what they’ve learned

There aren't many times in life when you’re more optimistic than when you graduate. The future holds so many possibilities.

Jack, Noah and Josh are not only co-workers at Store 1806 in Gloversville, New York, they're friends who have known each other for 8 years and are part of the Class of 2020!

Working at Walmart has given them the chance to spend more time together, but working during the spring of 2020 may have taught them lessons of kindness and compassion as well.

Jack has been helping customers get their essentials through grocery pickup. He said that it’s been rewarding helping people that rely on Walmart associates during a difficult time.

“We’ve got people out there relying on what we do.” Jack said. “They’re relying on us to get everything that they need.”

His buddy Josh also mentioned that helping through pickup has shown him the value of service to his community.

“Especially during this time,” Josh said. “With online grocery pickup, you’re helping elderly people that can’t go into the store.”

Congratulations to these 3 sidekicks! We can’t wait to see where life takes you.
