Children 8-15 years old will learn the latest speed training techniques, how to stretch properly, and basic plyometrics to help increase vertical leaps! These skills can help develop the foundation for better performance in a variety of sports.

HappyFeet is the foundation for physical excellence through soccer. Whether it’s your child’s first time in one of our classes or tenth, he/she is sure to have a blast — no single class is alike! HappyFeet classes are designed to build off of the rapidly-developing imagination of preschoolers. We nurture your child’s physical, social, and emotional development using our “story time with a soccer ball” curriculum. Children will be encouraged to dare greatly and go for it as they guide their Bob the Bobcat (soccer ball) through fun songs, games, and adventures!
