To make sure we are giving our members what they deserve, we are investing in our associates with consistent schedules, interactive training and better tools.
Now, we’re changing the job titles of some important roles to be more clear on the responsibilities of these associates. And, we’re taking our associate investments one step further and increasing the pay of some key hourly roles.
