Thanks for meeting with me today. I have some important news to share with you.
To serve our members even better, we know we must continue investing in you – our associates.
We’re committing to retaining and hiring the best associates. To do so, we’re working to provide the right training and tools, ensuring more consistent schedules, and a ladder of opportunity in every club.
Today, we’re taking this another step further.
As a Team Lead, your play a very important role in making sure our members have a great experience. Team Leads are the pipeline to our management roles with a core responsibility in maintaining the high service and standards our members deserve.
We want great associates in these jobs. So, we’re increasing the minimum pay for all Team Leads.
Here are the new minimums:
- Meat Lead - $22
- Bakery Leads and Prepared Food Leads - $21
- Produce Leads - $20
- Member Team Lead, Merchandise Team Lead, Tire and Battery Center Services Lead and Wholesale Trading/Liquor Lead - $18
I will follow up with you individually after Monday, June 24, to let you know how this change will impact your specific pay.
