Associates, I have some more great news to share with you today.
To serve our members even better, we know we must continue investing in you – our associates.
We’re committing to retaining and hiring the best associates. To do so, we’re working to increase pay, provide the right training and tools, ensuring more consistent schedules, and a ladder of opportunity in every club.
Today, we’re taking this another step further.

These changes build on the investments earlier this year with the team lead pay increases, plus membership for all associates, and new fresh training.
