Why Skills Train?
Back in November, clubs were asked to begin cross training (now called skills training) in preparation for the move to four work groups; however, since you were unaware work groups were coming, you may have not realized the importance of this training.
Now that associates will transition to new areas of the club, you will see very quickly that the amount of skills training an associate receives will go hand-in-hand with their ability to complete every task in the work group. It is imperative that skills training is completed by every associate so they are knowledgeable about club operations and can better serve our members.
