The club will now be divided up into four work groups: Member Team, Fresh Team, Merchandising Team and Specialty Team. Associates will be trained and empowered to work across larger areas of the club, activating a more connected team work approach to member service.
We’re moving to a block schedule to provide more stability for full-time associates. Block Scheduling will simplify shift combinations and allow us to provide more full-time job opportunities. It does this by aligning to the work groups and moving to two standardized full-time shifts - an AM shift and a PM shift.
