Overnight Associate Transition
We took the opportunity to look at when associates are scheduled to stock merchandise. Today, these roles are overnight positions. They will be moved from overnight to daytime roles within the Merchandising Team work group and associate hours will be redistributed into two daytime shifts as a part of Block Scheduling. Associates who do not want to move to daytime roles will be offered severance, if eligible.
