Club managers should hold individual conversations with Overnight associates to explain the changes using the talking points provided.
Identify and Train additional Forklift Drivers
- Club Managers will need to ensure additional forklift drivers are identified and trained prior to launching the Morning Stock program (minimum of four per shift).
- Club Management Team - Provide the time, space, and forklifts for hands-on training.
- Salaried Manager – Assign the following GLMS learning activities to the Morning Stocking Associates.
