Attrition Information
Some clubs may be overstaffed in certain positions after this transition. Utilize attrition to work towards your headcount goals. This includes all positions – including Team Leads.
Club Managers can make a one-time system move AFTER May 25, and prior to June 7 (schedules post June 8), to move an associate from one position to another, as long as it’s within the same pay band. For example: A Merchandising Team Lead could be moved to a Member Team Lead.
