Club Manager to Overnight Associates (Part-time with less than five full years of service)
- So, let me tell you a little bit about what the upcoming changes mean for you.
- The decision has been made to transition all overnight associates to day shifts.
- We would like to offer you a position on the day shift as a part of the Merchandising Team work group.
- As a part-time associate, your schedule will fluctuate on the needs of the business,
- Your role would be assigned a new job code and pay band as a part of the shift to work groups, and you will get to keep your Overnight differential pay, if you choose to make the transition.
- Associates within the pay band – You will not see any changes to base pay.
- Associates under the pay band – You will have your base pay adjusted to the new minimum of your new position.
- Associates over the pay band – You will not see any changes to base pay.
