  • Assistant Managers should conduct Quickstart sessions with hourly associates.
  • Assistant Managers should share the Skills Development Center for Jewelry with associates. Show them how to access on a mobile device and bookmark page for future reference.
Associates should provide feedback on Skills Development Center before chain-wide rollout.

Club Management enter all FT associate’s availability into My Club Schedule based on the FT block the club anticipates the associates to work. These may be adjusted once the schedule generates to ensure all shifts are covered. Once the shifts are determined, each member of management should cover the schedule with their associates.

New skills training will be available on the Skills Development Center on Club Hub.

April 27: Work Groups and Block Schedules Take Effect

First day schedules reflect the new job codes. New pay rates will go into effect from job code change.
