Job Code Movement
The Home Office team will automatically make all job code changes in Workday, but you must still present the job description for review and TENs form, if your state requires.
- Pilot Clubs: No additional Workday changes can occur Wednesday, April 3 – Saturday, April 27
- This means no transfers (in, out or within the club) and no new hires for hourly or management associates during this time.
- Please ensure all of your team understands not to create any actions. The system will not stop you from creating the actions but it shouldn’t be done as it will cause issues launch day.
- All Other Clubs: No additional Workday changes can occur Monday, May 13 – Saturday, June 22
- If a manager change needs to occur this will have to be completed at the club level after the lockout period.
