Club Manager to Individual Associates (Full Time)
- So, let me tell you a little bit about what the change in work groups, job codes and block scheduling means for you.
- Based on the job code you’re currently in today, you’ve been placed in the <insert work group name> and your new job title will be <insert information from job code transition chart>.
- Let me explain what type of tasks you’ll do in your new job code <insert information from Work Group section and go over new job description>.
- Associates within the pay band – You will not see any changes to base pay.
- Associates under the pay band – You will have your base pay adjusted to the new minimum of your new position.
- Associates over the pay band – You will not see any changes to base pay.
- Additionally, each job code with the work group has a specific set of shifts.
- Once the new schedules begin, you, as a full time associate, will have a consistent schedule from week to week, with consistent days off.
- Part time associate schedules may still fluctuate from week to week, however, there may be opportunities for part time associates to pick up additional shifts based on business need.
- Now, let’s go over what shift you’d prefer to work.

- Document his/her preference on the Associate Availability Form
- Please be aware that I am getting every associates’ preference and then will be assigning shifts. We will be giving preference to associates who have the most tenure with the company.
- Your updated job title and job code will be effective Saturday, April 27.
